Job Summary:

The Trademark Administrator will be part of the IP team and will maintain and protect Cooper's trademark portfolios and will work closely with internal business teams and outside counsel on trademark strategy, selection of marks, clearance searching, and filing and prosecuting trademark applications, and will counsel internal clients on IP risks and correct use of trademarks.

The successful candidate will interact with commercial, marketing, legal, regulatory, and finance teams, as well as outside legal counsel.

The Cooper Companies, including its subsidiaries, CooperVision and CooperSurgical, relies on trademarks to protect its brands and trademarks are a critical element in being able to obtain regulatory approval for products in different parts of the world.

The candidate will contribute to Cooper's commercial objectives and business plans to remain a global leader in vision correction and women's healthcare.
