Sr Quality Engineer

Basic Requirements:

Education:


* Associate degree required.

Preferred to be in Engineering, Business or Operations

Basic Qualifications:


* Three (3) years' experience in precision metal working or related industry;


* Three (3) years in quality/inspection operations, with decision making authority;


* Experience with ISO 9001 program;


* Experience with measurement/inspection devices.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

* The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000.

Howmet Fastening Systems is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to support and provide direction in the implementation of product quality systems, including plans and programs.

Perform periodic analysis of the effectiveness of the quality system and coordinates improvement activity.

Coordinates quality issues with customers, suppliers and internal elements of the organization, including metrology and technical direction of inspection activity.

Acts in supervisory role of Quality Department.
