What's the role?

As the SAP Test Manager, you will have a pivotal role in defining and implementing the test strategy, leading end-to-end quality assurance for S/4 HANA migration and implementations, as well as SAP ERP applications.

You will be responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and providing operational support for testing activities, while also facilitating communication between different teams.

Working closely with project managers, software developers, and quality assurance teams, you will ensure that testing is executed effectively and efficiently.

As a member of the central test management team, the Test Coordinator will be responsible for creating test plans, managing test schedules, tracking defects, and ensuring that all testing activities are completed according to project timelines and quality standards.

Here's what you'll do:



* Collaborate within the central Test Management team to establish enterprise-level SAP test strategies, methodologies, and approaches for both functional and non-functional test automation.


* Engage closely with Project Managers to effectively manage test scope, estimate costs and efforts, handle risks, and provide periodic progress reports, highlighting challenges and proposing potential solutions to senior management.


* Plan, manage, and coordinate test management activities for the S4 HANA Migration Project across various SAP streams such as Sales and Distribution, Finance, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Logistics, Security, and Demand Chain, ensuring successful project completion.


* Provide guidance to deployment teams on developing test cases, identifying test needs, and troubleshooting issues, supporting them throughout the testing process.


* Act as the main point of contact for deployment teams, channeling testing requests to relevant teams and departments to ensure efficient coordination.


* Understand the unique challenges associated with SAP testing and collaborate with the Central Test Management team to develop and provide appropriate solutions.
