Our Benalla manufacturing site is located in regional Victoria, 2.5 hours north of Melbourne's CBD.

This plant plays a crucial role in our operations, providing energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability, primarily Transformers, Kiosks and Switchgear.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Benalla, Victoria.

You will play a hands-on role in supporting engineered-to-order projects, including the production of Transformers, Kiosks, and Switchgear within a specialised manufacturing/production environment.

We are not looking for a senior professional or a technical expert.

* Coordinating project activities to support on-time, on-budget delivery in support of Customers that rely on our specialist expertise


* Leveraging your technical knowledge and continuing to build a career path as you review technical drawings, specifications and engineering documents


* Supporting problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives across production/operations


* Collaborating with various teams including; Engineering, Supply Chain and other specialist functions


* Oversee key Customer requirements, project updates and related reporting when required


* Tracking project progress, risks and documentation as you adhere to set internal processes

Our ideal candidate will possess:



* Relevant tertiary qualifications - Trade, Engineering or Project Management


* Proven project managing skills that have seen you coordinate project delivery and support the overall execution of complex technical projects


* Experience collaborating with varied stakeholder groups and managing expectations


* Strong attention to detail, a passion for technical/engineering and a proven problem solver


* Those with previous experience in the use of SAP will be viewed favourably, as will those with any knowledge or experience in relation to technical assets (Electrical, Transformers etc.)
