Channel Manager - Industrial Automation Distribution (IAD)

If so, we are looking for a senior-level Channel Manager to lead and grow our Industrial Automation Distribution (IAD) network across the Nordics.

This is a unique opportunity to build on a strong foundation and further elevate our channel strategy, partner performance, and internal engagement, with full support during the handover.

In this role, you will play a critical role in developing and managing our distribution ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will include:


* Drive and execute the Distribution channel strategy across the Nordics.


* Select, onboard, and develop high-quality distribution partners.


* Build strong relationships with C-level leaders in the IA partner ecosystem.


* Support country sales teams and influence both local and global internal stakeholders.


* Strengthen collaboration with sales, offer marketing, technical teams, and distribution channel teams.


* Monitor partner performance, deliver accurate forecasts, and identify growth opportunities.


* Expand market reach by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with IA partners.

Who You Are


* Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a similar technical field is an advantage, industry experience can compensate.


* Experienced in distribution within industrial automation, ideally with background from IA/distributor environments.


* Strong understanding of IA ecosystem, IA portfolios, and distribution sales models.


* Skilled at influencing, collaborating, and building networks globally, in the zone, and with country teams.


* Comfortable working across large, multi-stakeholder environments.



* Excellent communication, skills in English and Nordic cultural and language understanding is necessary.
