Nordic Segment Leader - Life Sciences

We are looking for a Nordic Segment Leader - Life Sciences to drive Schneider Electric's growth across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medtech, biologics manufacturing, research facilities, and digital health infrastructure.

You bring strong thought leadership, proven C-level engagement, and expertise in EcoStruxure for Life Sciences.

You will navigate one of Europe's most dynamic life-science ecosystems, identifying and engaging in major opportunities across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland.

As our Segment Leader, you act as a multi-local sales driver with a strong focus on the Life Science segment providing energy- and resource-efficient operations while positioning Schneider Electric as a trusted advisor to Life Science customers across the Nordics.

Key Tasks & Areas of Responsibility

Strategic Leadership & Growth


* Define and execute the Nordic Life Sciences growth strategy across biopharma, medtech, biologics, and R&D segments.


* Support customers in strengthening their processes, enhancing operational performance, advancing digitalization, and meeting compliance and sustainability goals.

Customer & Segment Development


* Manage and expand strategic accounts with strong engagement at C-suite, operational, and engineering levels.


* Promote Schneider Electric's full EcoStruxure Life Sciences portfolio, covering automation, digital solutions, energy optimization, and power reliability.


* Drive digital transformation initiatives within Life Science end users, including data integrity, predictive maintenance, and advanced quality systems.

Ecosystem Engagement


* Map and influence key EPCs, system integrators, OEMs, and major Life Science clusters across the Nordics.


* Coordinate large cross-BU pursuit projects with global and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications


* Proven experience in strategic account development within pharma, biotech, medtech, or other regulated Life Science industries.


* Relevant degree is preferred, but solid industry experience can compensate.


* Ability to build strong, credible relationships at C-suite and operational levels.


* Demonstrated capability in consultative selling, opportunity creation, and navigating a fast-evolving Life Sciences ecosystem.


* Highly adaptable, pragmatic, and effective in a complex, multinational matrix organization.


* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in English and one of the Nordic languages.
