RPA developer

Responsibilties:


* Design and implement automation solutions using platforms like Blue Prism or UiPath.


* Develop and maintain workflows based on client needs.


* Enhance, support and improve adoption of existing RPA solutions for better performance.


* Improve code quality and suggest more efficient technical solutions.


* Help the team troubleshoot complex issues.


* Keep clear documentation of processes and solutions.


* Stay updated on the latest trends in RPA technology.


* Collaborate with Cross-Functional teams.

Required skills:



* Extensive experience & knowledge of UiPath,


* process automation using the Blue Prism platform is a plus


* Familiarity with at least one programming language such as SQL, C#, Python, or JavaScript.


* A minimum of 5 years of development experience.


* Awareness of current trends and developments in the RPA field.


* Proven experience working in a multinational company.


* Strong communication skills for discussing technical questions and project progress with clients.


* Ability to work independently, including task structuring, workload estimation, and meeting deadlines.


* Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
