What you will do

The Associate Customer Promotions Manager (ACPM) leads the planning, execution, and evaluation of display and merchandising strategies for the Food and Dollar classes of trade (e.g., Albertsons, HEB, Meijer, Publix, Dollar General) across the Kenvue portfolio.

This role serves as the merchandising and display expert, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Customization, Supply Chain, and agency partners to deliver high impact, insight driven display programs.

The ACPM manages forecasting, budget allocation, executional excellence, and performance measurement to drive sales, ROI, and category growth.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Promotion Execution


* Deliver accurate display forecasts, budget targets, and OGSP objectives for assigned customers and brands.


* Develop, execute, and evaluate custom display programs aligned with customer strategies and business priorities.


* Lead trade promotion planning for defined brands/customers, influencing go to market plans, product launches, and commercialization activities.


* Act as the liaison across Sales, Marketing, Creative Agencies, and cross functional teams, bringing forward customer insights and ensuring alignment on display strategy.


* Provide competitive and retailer specific insights to shape display and merchandising recommendations.


* Support secondary packaging initiatives and cross-functional commercial programs.


* Uphold 4P excellence across all display executions.


* Participate in special projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Business Planning


* Partner with customer teams during the annual business planning cycle, delivering insights, analytics, timelines, and communication guidance for display needs.
