What you will do

The Senior Manager Brand Strategy, BENADRYL is responsible for Integrated Planning, Communications and P&L Ownership for the BENADRYL business and BENADRYL® megabrand messaging.

Key Responsibilities


* Own the P&L for their business, representing financial position relative to plan and risks & opportunities to leadership.

Partner closely with Finance to build financial projections in strategic plan, operating plan, business plan and ongoing financial updates.


* Lead development of Operating/Business Plan to outline strategic objectives, key initiatives, and financial targets.


* Monitor competitive market dynamics to inform development of, &/or changes required to, marketing plans.


* Create holistic plans for brand communications to develop and distribute content successfully during moments that matter across multiple channels and audiences, including linking to shopper & retail activation.


* Lead the creative process, development, distribution and optimization for all paid, owned, earned and shared content.


* Lead the retail & in-store strategy, partnering with Customer & Shopper teams to develop plans tied to brand strategy and business objectives.


* Lead one overarching communications team across internal and external media and communication partners, to drive synergy, consistency and amplification of messages across all channels.


* Exhibit expert knowledge of consumer, marketing and media trends to influence the communications and media strategies and planning.


* Partner with CBI to identify unique connection points, unmet needs and insights with target consumers that improves the quality of communication and content intended to change consumer behavior.
