Georgia-Pacific Dixie® Consumer Products Operation is seeking qualified professionals to consider for an Administrative Assistant role supporting the Consumer Products Group Operations located in Jackson, TN.

The Dixie Jackson facility uses state of the art technology to manufacture Dixie® plates and bowls in a progressive production environment.

Dixie® is a brand of choice and is widely used in homes and businesses across the country.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Georgia-Pacific's newest Dixie facility.

A successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a team to solve problems and will take initiative to understand operations and will be able to work both individually and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

This position will report directly to the Plant Director.

What You Will Do


* Maintain meeting cadences and event logistics to include scheduling, snacks, ordering lunches, visitor management, booking rooms, etc.


* Oversight of various office needs, such as supplies, vending, mail collection, etc.


* Support new employee onboarding, which includes but is not limited to assisting with setting up payroll, benefits and training


* Embrace influential leadership to support the organization while advancing our culture


* Maintain government bulletins and notices to ensure Compliance with all Federal and State regulations


* Support the managing of the facility's personnel security access for contractors, visitors and team members


* Ability to problem-solve and have attention to detail


* Utilize and manage purchasing cards for multiple product and service providers, managing expense reports


* Assisting with managing site and facility leader's calendar

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Administrative support experience in a business, manufacturing, or equivalent environment


* Experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office systems

What Will Put You Ahead


* 1 year of administrative support experience


* Systems experience - SharePoint sites, MS Teams, Kronos, Genetec
