As the Tier 1 Dispenser Technical Field Consultant, you will have full ownership of the dispenser troubleshooting process for product innovation and renovation. You are responsible for the ownership of cross-functional coordination and collaboration and will be responsible for connecting customer (Sales, DSRs, and End User) needs with internal teams (Category/Business, R&D, Quality, Legal and Regulatory) to ensure product quality, sales effectiveness, and overall business success.
The technical field consultant owns the diagnosis of dispenser problems, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and escalates more complex issues to higher-tier internal teams.
In addition, this role leads the definition of key testing, installation, and regulatory activities for the entire Dispenser product portfolio as well as providing timely feedback to customers
In this role, you will:
* Interact with Field Sales teams, Dispenser BU and R&D, Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Installation Foremen etc.
* Be responsible for making technical recommendations, will drive cross-functional communication to solve customer issues
* Collaborate with various team members when addressing dispenser complaints.
* Travel up to 10%
