Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our team, focusing on the Neuroscience therapy area.

The MSL will serve as a scientific expert and a critical point of contact between our company and the psychiatric community.

This role requires robust scientific knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in the psychiatry community

• Collaborate with physicians on medical affairs initiatives including publications, advisory boards, medical education opportunities, training, and speaker development

• Serve as scientific peer-to-peer resource to external disease experts and internal stakeholders

• Support the medical community with up-to-date medical information, robust disease expertise, and product information

• Develop an understanding of the regional landscape including specialties involved in care of patients

• Maintain effective and appropriate communication among internal stakeholders while maintaining full compliance with relevant requirements

• Generate plans to provide needs based, value-added support of the medical and scientific community in-line with company goals

• Uses systems to strategically map, identify, profile and prioritize thought leaders in line with the medical plan and goals

• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of MSL activities

Education:

• University / bachelor's degree or Equivalent in Medical Science (M.D.), Pharmacology other medical related discipline.

Experience:

• Industry related experience including Medical Affairs, business facing Information Technology and Project Management and or Market Access or comparable position

• Field/customer facing experienced is preferred

• Experience in psychiatry field would be considered as an advantage
