🩺 What You'll Be Doing:

As our Medical Records Director, you'll play a vital role in keeping our facility compliant, efficient, and running like a well-oiled machine 🛠️

Key Responsibilities:


* 📁 Oversee and maintain medical records in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations


* 🧾 Manage Accounts Payable (invoices, tracking, and coordination with vendors)


* 🚐 Coordinate transportation scheduling for resident appointments and services


* 🧠 Ensure accurate documentation and timely record completion


* 🤝 Collaborate with nursing, administration, and outside providers


* 🔍 Prepare records for audits and surveys (our compliance hero! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️)

🎓 What We're Looking For:


* Experience in medical records (long-term care experience a BIG plus!)


* Knowledge of HIPAA, documentation standards, and confidentiality 🔐


* Basic understanding of accounts payable or willingness to learn


* Strong organizational and communication skills 🗂️🗣️


* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude 😄


* Comfort with electronic medical record systems 💻
