🩺 What You'll Be Doing:

As our Medical Records Director, you'll play a vital role in keeping our facility compliant, efficient, and running like a well-oiled machine πŸ› οΈ

Key Responsibilities:


* πŸ“ Oversee and maintain medical records in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations


* 🧾 Manage Accounts Payable (invoices, tracking, and coordination with vendors)


* 🚐 Coordinate transportation scheduling for resident appointments and services


* 🧠 Ensure accurate documentation and timely record completion


* 🀝 Collaborate with nursing, administration, and outside providers


* πŸ” Prepare records for audits and surveys (our compliance hero! πŸ¦Έβ€β™€οΈπŸ¦Έβ€β™‚οΈ)

πŸŽ“ What We're Looking For:


* Experience in medical records (long-term care experience a BIG plus!)


* Knowledge of HIPAA, documentation standards, and confidentiality πŸ”


* Basic understanding of accounts payable or willingness to learn
