Role Overview

We are looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our 50-bed facility.

As a Floater, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of care across different shifts, ensuring our residents receive the attention and support they deserve.

Key Responsibilities



* Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Provide essential assistance to residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.


* Clinical Support: Accurately take and record vital signs, assisting nurses in executing individualized care plans.


* Documentation: Maintain clear and timely records of the care provided to ensure continuity of treatment.


* Resident Advocacy: Ensure all resident needs and personal desires are met promptly, professionally, and with a smile.


* Team Collaboration: Interact positively with the interdisciplinary staff to foster a supportive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications



* Licensure: Must possess a current, valid California CNA License.


* Certification: Current and active CPR/BLS card.


* Attributes: A strong work ethic, a patient-centered mindset, and the ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced post-acute setting.
