About You

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

This role will support development for global supply chain leaders and staff across both manufacturing and corporate environments via design and deployment of initiatives that create a Performance Driven and Inclusive Culture.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about adult learning, skilled in facilitation, and comfortable working in fast-paced, operational environments.

This role bridges corporate learning strategy with frontline execution, ensuring our plant employees are equipped to work effectively, drive performance, and foster inclusive, respectful workplace cultures.

It starts with YOU.

• Facilitate engaging, high-impact learning sessions for plant leaders and staff, both in-person and virtually.

• Partner with site leadership and Capabilities teams to assess learning needs and tailor programs accordingly.

• Participate in plant Culture Reviews, document follow up actions and provide tangible action plans that drive inclusive culture.

• Support the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that foster a high-performance, inclusive culture across all Capabilities, Experince and Education.

• Support the deployment of enterprise-wide development initiatives at plant sites.

• Adapt corporate learning content to be relevant and accessible for plant audiences.

• Provide guidance on plant learning technology accessibility and best practices.

  • Promote inclusive leadership practices and embed belonging into learning experiences.

• Provide coaching and feedback to participants to reinforce learning and support behavior change.

• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to continuously improve content.

            • Track participation, feedback, and impact metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.

• Serve as a learning ambassador, promoting a culture of continuous development and inclusion across sites.
