What you will do

The Digital & Social Commerce Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering the insights and data capabilities that power Kenvue's social commerce, last mile delivery and direct to consumer customer teams.

This position will also play a role in leading total digital commerce reporting, in partnership with global teams.

It will partner closely with IT to shape, build and maintain performance reporting, scorecards and customer‑level data products-translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.

The position will support all digital commerce customers with category and POS share growth projections, enabling customer teams through robust analytics and scalable data solutions.

It will also collaborate with the Walmart.com and Target.com analytics teams to create consistent methodologies and unified ecommerce performance reporting across the organization.

Finally, this role will lead efforts to standardize ecommerce reporting across Kenvue, including multi‑retailer reporting scorecards, alignment of IRI/Circana and Market Pulse executive reporting suite, and lead partnership with global teams to build and advance a global ecommerce reporting roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:


* Drive meaningful digital and social commerce impact by partnering closely with sales, category, insights and external data partners-delivering high‑quality analytics in a fast‑paced, omni‑channel environment
