Coffee Bar - Barista (Part Time)
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:
* Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages according to brand standards
* Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with guests in a warm, professional manner
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu offerings
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the barista station at all times
* Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
* Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and replenishment of supplies
* Comply with hotel policies, HACCP standards, and health & safety regulations
* Support the team during peak service periods and special events
What we need from you:
* Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, or restaurant environment is preferred
* Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation techniques
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive attitude with a passion for customer service
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
The hourly pay rate for this role is $16.00.
