Project Engineer Medium Voltage
As a Project Engineer Medium Voltage, reporting to our offices in Ukkel, you play a central role in coordinating and driving projects from start to finish.
You ensure seamless collaboration across departments-Design, Supply, Production, Quality Control, Logistics-and act as the key link between internal teams and the customer.

Your Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
* Lead and coordinate all project activities, ensuring smooth communication and alignment between all stakeholders.
* Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
* Plan, organize, and oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to guarantee compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent, transparent communication and reporting.
Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities to optimize project processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.
* Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and easily accessible.
* Stay up to date with industry advancements-especially in medium voltage technology and SF6-free switchgear-to help keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
Your Education & Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent through experience).
* Experience with MV/LV switchgear is a strong asset; solid electrical knowledge is essential.
* High proficiency in MS Office and overall digital literacy.
* Fluent in Dutch, with strong command of French and English to ensure smooth communication in a multicultural setting.
* Excellent problem-solving, time management, decision-making, and customer-orientation skills.
* Strong ability to read, interpret, and write technical specifications.
