Front Office Manager - Holiday Inn & Suites Cairo Maadi

Your Day-to-Day


* Lead the front office team in delivering warm, professional service with genuine guest recognition at every interaction.


* Personally welcome guests, engage with them throughout their stay, handle feedback and complaints with care, and build strong guest relationships to continuously enhance satisfaction.


* Conduct regular inspections of the front office and public areas, taking immediate action to maintain brand and quality standards.


* Manage daily staffing needs by planning schedules, assigning tasks, and setting clear performance and development goals while coaching and mentoring your team to succeed.


* Ensure all team members are fully trained on systems, security, service standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.


* Support financial success by assisting with budget planning, controlling labor and expenses, overseeing night audit processes, and reviewing daily financial reports.


* Drive revenue growth by maximizing walk-ins, upselling opportunities, occupancy, and ADR at the front desk.


* Ensure secure and accurate billing, credit handling, and compliance with hotel policies.


* Act as a key communication lead during emergency situations and maintain strong relationships with local authorities.


* Serve as Manager on Duty when required and support hotel operations as needed.

 

Qualifications & Experience


* Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/Business Administration, 


* 3+ years of Front Office/Guest Service experience including management experience.  


* Must speak fluent English.

Other languages preferred. 


* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.


* Proficient with hotel software systems, including Property Management Systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.


* Experienced, inspiring, and motivating leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.


* Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills, coupled with creativity and innovation in problem-solving.


* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and coordinate details efficiently.


* Self-directed, proactive, and a strong relationship-builder, capable of cultivating personal interactions with guests and team members.


* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team while maintaining high confidentiality regarding guest and hotel matters...
