AEM Digital Asset Delivery Lead
Job Summary
As an Adobe experience Manager for our Rewards Product Delivery Team you will elevate the customer journey, where you'll spearhead end-to-end content innovation and seamless digital deployments.

Job responsibilities
* Lead and execute complex content builds and deployments in AEM, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
* Collaborate closely with product partners, manage build processes, and champion process improvements through technology
* Identify and implement technology-driven process improvements to enhance build efficiency and quality.
* Maintain organized documentation and records of all build activities and process changes.
* Troubleshoot and resolve build issues promptly, minimizing business and customer impact.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management systems in a content build or deployment role.
* Experience leading or mentoring team members in digital product delivery, content management or a related environment.
* Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
* Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, digital asset management, and accessibility standards.
* Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight or dynamic deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment; willingness to work outside standard business hours as needed.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
* Experience collaborating with developers on content structure, technical architecture, and discovery reviews.
* Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions for content delivery and process improvement, including automation or streamlining using technology.
* Experience working in large, matrixed organizations or Fortune 100 companies.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
