As the Design Manager at Masen, you will lead and oversee the engineering design efforts that are critical to the success of our projects from conception through commissioning.

What You Will Do



* Lead and coordinate all engineering design activities to ensure alignment with project requirements, scope, and schedule.


* Manage design contractors and internal engineering resources to identify and resolve design deficiencies efficiently.


* Oversee vendor selection, scope management, and performance to guarantee quality and timely delivery of design services.


* Facilitate thorough exploration, testing, and vetting of design solutions for feasibility, safety, and cost-effectiveness.


* Support and occasionally lead project execution by collaborating with installation and commissioning teams to provide technical direction and design updates as needed.


* Manage design documentation, including drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate field redlines and as-built updates are incorporated.


* Identify design risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project milestones.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Experience in engineering design management within large-scale infrastructure, energy, data, or industrial projects.


* Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary design teams and external design contractors.


* Experience with design deliverables management, including CAD drawings, specifications, testing and evaluation protocols, and engineering documentation workflows.
