Part-Time (Sundays & Mondays) | Full-Time Flex Option Available

Ridgeway Post Acute is hiring an Admissions Nurse to help support our admissions process on Sundays and Mondays.

This is a great opportunity for a nurse who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment—while still being part of a supportive and team-focused facility.

We're open to a Part-Time schedule (covering Sundays/Mondays) or a Full-Time Flex position for the right candidate!

Schedule

What You'll Do


* Manage and coordinate resident admissions and intake documentation


* Review hospital packets, orders, and clinical information for accuracy and completeness


* Complete initial nursing assessments and ensure care plans are initiated appropriately


* Communicate with hospitals, families, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition


* Collaborate with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team for timely admissions


* Ensure compliance with facility policies, state guidelines, and documentation standards

What We're Looking For


* Current LVN or RN license (active and in good standing)


* Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills


* Admissions experience in a SNF/post-acute setting preferred (but not required)


* Organized, reliable, and able to multitask under pressure


* Excellent communication and teamwork mindset
