Responsibilities:


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support


* Provide compassionate bedside care, ensuring comfort and dignity for all residents


* Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to nurses and healthcare teams


* Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with facility policies and state regulations


* Offer emotional support and companionship to residents during the overnight hours

Qualifications:


* Active CNA certification in California


* A passion for elder care and a commitment to resident well-being


* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented setting


* Availability to work overnight shifts (NOC)
