Job Title: Supervisor, Workforce Planning

Job Summary:

The Workforce Planning Supervisor oversees a team of specialists to ensure new hires are converted to employees timely and efficiently and that all CDL hires being onboarded have compliant driver qualification files (DQF).

This individual will work heavily in the Oracle system.

Job Responsibilities:


* Oversee a team of specialists


* Ensure new hires are converted to employees timely and efficiently.


* Validate all CDL hires have a compliant driver qualification file (DQF)


* Oversee the I9 process.


* Review decisional backgrounds making a decision on eligibility for hire


* Establish process improvements


* Manage the Goals & Performance process in the Oracle system


* Create training courses in the Oracle system for various groups and departments


* Train fellow HR partners and field operation on various HR related initiatives

Job Requirements:


* Ability to manage multiple priorities


* Previous Oracle experience is a plus


* Problem solving skills


* U.S.

citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
