As a Unit Manager (RN) , you will play a key leadership role in supporting our mission of excellence in care while using your clinical skills, leadership abilities, and compassionate nature to make a real difference every day.

Position Highlights:



* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessments and individualized care plans.


* Maintain open, ongoing communication with patients and families to promote involvement in care decisions.


* Supervise LPNs and other nursing staff, fostering a supportive team culture.


* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:



* Active South Carolina RN license
