We are seeking a motivated Engineer to join us as a Technical Sales Specialist in our Secure Power division in Norway.
You will play a key role in selling our solutions, including Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), cooling systems, and all components needed for securing critical power and cooling systems for our customers.

You are systematic in your approach, possess strong technical expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems, and bring a proactive attitude to every project.
Your commitment to excellence and ability to support both internal teams and customers will be key to your success in this role.
What you'll be doing:
* Work closely with sales teams to support the selling of critical infrastructure (UPS, cooling, LV, and related products).
* Respond to customer requests, providing expert technical input and solution recommendations.
* Engage with customers to understand their specific requirements and design solutions tailored to their needs.
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems to effectively communicate with stakeholders and develop proposals.
* Provide technical support throughout the sales process, including pre-sales consultation and post-sales follow-up.
* Drive initiatives with self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership, striving for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
What will help you succeed:
* Education: BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven knowledge and understanding of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to Secure Power solutions.
* Strong drive and self-motivation; able to work independently and proactively.
* Effective communicator, able to translate technical details into clear customer-focused solutions.
* Fluent in Norwegian and English languages.
* Experience in technical sales, solution design, or related field is preferred.
