* Lead and support a team of recruiters


* Partner with leaders to meet hiring goals


* Track recruiting metrics and spot opportunities to improve


* Help evolve recruiting analytics (Tableau experience a plus)


* Support recruitment marketing and digital sourcing efforts


* Build relationships with community and workforce partners

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


* Recruiting leadership experience or readiness for your next step


* A track record of hitting hiring goals


* Interest or experience in analytics, dashboards, or BI tools


* Comfort with digital recruiting and social media


* Curiosity, adaptability, and a builder mindset


* ATS experience (UKG/Ultipro a plus)
