What You’ll Get Your Hands On:


* Learn the Tools of the Trade


* Hands-on training with basic industrial tools and equipment


* Introduction to preventative maintenance practices


* Exposure to mechanical and electrical systems used in food manufacturing


* Safety, Systems & Skill-Building


* Food safety fundamentals within a manufacturing environment


* Electrical maintenance safety training


* Introduction to computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)


* Work side by side with experienced senior maintenance technician

This is a true learning-by-doing experience—designed to build confidence, technical skills, and real-world understanding of industrial maintenance operations.

What You Bring to the Floor


* Currently enrolled in an Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related college/university program


* Strong interest in mechanical and electrical systems


* Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset


* Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn


* Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
