What You’ll Be Working On:

Process Improvement in Action


* Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement


* Support data collection and analysis to evaluate operational efficiency and performance


* Measure and validate the impact of improvement initiatives

Collaboration & Innovation


* Partner with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement process enhancements


* Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and efficiency


* Help develop, document, and standardize new procedures and best practices

Quality & Performance Focus


* Ensure all process improvements align with Reser’s quality, food safety, and operational standards


* Learn how engineering decisions directly impact production, cost, and customer satisfaction

What You Bring to the Team


* Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, or a related field


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate ideas clearly


* Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment


* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
