NHC Place at the Trace is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to cover a medical leave starting mid-January 2026 for approximately 16 weeks.

This role offers a 40-hour workweek, flexible scheduling, excellent pay rates, and the chance to join a supportive in-house therapy team that prioritizes quality care.

Qualifications


* Graduate of an APTA-accredited PT program (BS, MS, or DPT)


* Current Tennessee PT license


* Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible


* SNF experience preferred
