Senior Business Analyst - Order Management
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Your Mission
We're looking for an Order Management Senior Business Analyst to contribute to our ongoing transformation initiatives across the North America region.
In this role, you will lead key business analysis activities from requirement gathering to process optimization, to support scalable, standardized digital solutions.
You will collaborate with a broad range of business and technical stakeholders to translate customer and organizational needs into actionable deliverables, while helping drive essential change management efforts.
This role has a direct impact on strengthening Schneider Electric's digital capabilities and improving business performance.
What you'll be doing
* Work in a cross-functional environment with business groups, IT teams, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes and requirements.
* Take a leadership role in the SAFe/Agile development process to ensure alignment, integration, and deployment of customer and business requirements.
* Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with PMI and Customer Project Process (CPP) standards.
* Work with team members to define requirements and validate digital solutions that align with business strategies, standards, and policies.
* Lead user acceptance testing activities with business teams and end users.
* Identify key business transformation needs across user groups.
* Support transformation efforts and drive adoption among end users, surfacing issues and concerns from the business community.
