based position, the expected compensation range is $98,400 - 147,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to be based in Nashville, TN, Boston, MA or Dallas, TX.

As a Senior Financial Analyst you will support the U.S.

National Sales Force (NSF) of over 600 professionals driving more than $6B in annual revenue.

This role is critical in enabling strategic decision-making through budget control, financial reporting and analysis, quota setting, and business partnering with leadership up to VP level.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication skills to influence and support business performance.

What will you do?

Business Partnering & Performance Support



* Collaborate with business partners (including VP level) to achieve financial targets.


* Partner with Business leaders to drive overall financial performance.


* Be the main financial point of contact for NSF organization.

Forecasting & Reporting


* Lead the order forecasting process.


* Build and monitor monthly forecasts, analyze gaps, and recommend corrective actions.


* Communicate performance analysis to the Industry Controller using standardized reporting packages.


* Cost Center Controlling


* Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.


* Oversee order/sales analysis and margin control.

Margin & Profitability Analysis


* Evaluate gross margin performance, identifying key trends and opportunities.
