Position Title: Deputy General Manager - R&D

Location: Vadodara

Key Responsibility:

New Product Development

Technical support to Manufacturing, Industrialization team during industrialisation of new range of

Support to industrialisation team for cost optimisation, yield improvement and quality deployment.

Drive continous value engineering initiative for new product

Product certification

Develop local design team
Functional competencies:

Thorough understanding on LV standards IEC 60947

Thorough understanding of switchgear products

Competent in product design

Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality tools

Drive value engineering, yield improvement initiatives.

Lead and drive initiatives across cross functional teams

Built competent technical team
