Job Description:

Facility: PREMIER Bankcard
Location: Watertown, SD
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Status: 90-day internship

About the Internship
Customer Service handles Inbound calls from customers concerning their account.

As an Intern you will assist in department audits, assist in floor contests, and other small projects that come up.

Job Duties and Responsibilities


* Job shadow associates


* Job shadow management team


* Attend new hire training (Training is Monday - Friday, hours to be determined) 


* Assist with Internal audits


* Assist with department activities


* Attend various volunteer activities as available


* Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly

Skills and Qualifications


* Applicant should be enrolled in or pursuing higher education


* Possess intermediate PC skills


* Ability to be patient and attentive to detail


* Excellent verbal and listening skills and ability to use positive language


* Time management skills
