About the Role
Independently conducts complex credit analysis and supports the structuring of commercial loan relationships.

Partners closely with Business Bankers to prepare high-quality credit arrangements, provides advanced financial insights, and ensures compliance with lending policies and timelines.

Serves as a mentor and resource to junior analysts, leads training efforts, and contributes to department process improvements and credit administration.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

+ Independently analyze complex borrower financials, identify trends and risk factors, and prepare detailed credit arrangements in partnership with Business Bankers to support sound lending decisions.
+ Attend and participate in weekly loan committee meetings, providing expert-level input and responding to questions regarding financial analysis, loan structure, and borrower performance.
+ Monitor credit approval timelines and assist Business Bankers with the timely completion of credit memos and annual reviews in alignment with internal lending guidelines.
+ Engage directly with clients when needed to clarify financial data, assist with credit-related questions, and serve as a secondary point of contact in the lender’s absence.
