Marketing Communications Specialist

ESSENTIAL TASKS & REQUIREMENTS:


* Proven ability to interview subject matter experts and translate technical detail into clear, compelling stories for non-experts.


* Hands-on experience writing for websites and LinkedIn, with a basic understanding of SEO (keywords, on-page structure).


* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).


* 2-6 years of experience in B2B marketing communications or content creation; industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-related products preferred..


* Portfolio or writing samples that showcase long-form (case studies, blogs) and short-form (web, social, or ad copy)


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media or publishing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CMS platforms, basic design tools).

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required.


* Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.


* Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, with a customer-service mindset.


* Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to prepare and edit information/content for website, write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Ability to respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Fluent in English.

Written and verbal communications are delivered to the respective "audience" clearly and effectively.
