Pay: Starting at $60 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Per Diem | Flexible Hours

Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated rehab team on a per diem basis.

This role is ideal for someone who loves helping residents regain independence and function in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills.


* Provide hands-on therapy services in alignment with resident goals and physician directives.


* Document therapy sessions and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, quality care.


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques for continued success.

Qualifications


* Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required).


* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting preferred.


* Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.


* Passion for patient-centered, outcome-driven care.
