Wauford (An Ardurra company) is seeking an experienced Resident Project Representative (RPR) based in our Nashville, TN office.

Ardurra is one of the Southeast’s most trusted, experienced and nationally recognized engineering and consulting companies, is seeking an honest, capable and qualified individual for on-site construction inspection of various municipal water and sewer infrastructure and treatment projects.

Primary Function

The RPR position is responsible for overseeing construction, maintaining quality standards, and liaising between contractors, owners, and engineers.

Projects may involve water/wastewater pipelines, treatment facilities, pump stations, and stormwater systems.

Education and Experience Requirements


* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field; field experience may substitute


* Knowledge of construction and ability to read plans is preferred.


* Must possess and maintain a Class D driver’s license valid to operate vehicles in the State of Tennessee.


* The ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse group of people, such as the general public, local businesses, property owners, contractors, and our clients.
