Regional Construction Manager

\n\n\nPosition Summary:Join Our Team as a Regional Construction Manager.

This role collaborates with Real Estate and Pre-Construction teams to create construction budgets and schedules that drive the Store Development process.

It requires problem-solving in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.

The position also involves managing budgets, store opening projections, and a regional team of Project Managers, along with maintaining a strong network of qualified contractors to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities



* Overall construction budgets


* Store opening projections by period, quarter and fiscal year


* Support and management of regional team of Project Managers and Sr.

Project Managers to assure company and department objectives are being met and exceeded.


* Develop and maintain qualified general contractor base.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:


* 7 years construction management experience


* Detailed understanding of - Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil drawings


* Complete assigned projects from approval to store opening


* Valid Drivers License


* Frequent Travel

You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have:



* Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or Civil Engineering is preferred
