Pop. Health/Care Mgmt. Assistant

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Day shift, M-F, 8 am-4:30p, 90% remote, 10% onsite.

You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:


* Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications



* High School degree plus some college or medical field training.

Work Experience



* Medical Assistant (MA, PCA, CNA) experience.
