Role Overview:
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving business through Channel Partners, System Integrators, Retailers, and Resellers.

This role requires strong expertise in channel development, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets in the above domain.
Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve business objectives.


* Manage relationships with Channel Partners, System Integrators, Retailers, and Resellers to maximize sales opportunities.


* Drive business growth for APC and Luminous UPS, Rack, and PDU products across assigned territory.


* Identify and onboard new partners while strengthening existing partnerships.


* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.


* Ensure timely forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.


* Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, promotions, and product positioning.


* Conduct training and enablement sessions for partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.

Required Experience & Skills:


* 5+ years of experience in Channel Sales within IT/ITES or Power Solutions industry.


* Proven track record of driving revenue through channel ecosystem.


* Strong understanding of UPS systems, racks, PDUs, and related infrastructure products.


* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


* Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
