Senior Associate - Product Delivery

Job responsibilities


* Partner with central HL portfolio team to implement process changes to optimize overall ways of working enabling operational efficiency and continuous improvement practices


* Deliver, build, and enhance reporting and dashboards to support intake, planning, delivery tracking, operational efficiency, hygiene and dependency management


* Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost delivery efficiencies ensuring delivery against business objectives


* Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources


* Assist with the planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with various stakeholders across different functions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 3 years or more of experience or equivalent expertise in product / program management or performance optimization


* Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities


* Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics


* Strong understanding of portfolio and delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes


* Familiarity with operating within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies


* Willingness to learn; ability to digest and understand large amount of information quickly


* Ability to influence and drive change


* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
