Deputy Chief of Staff - Lead Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure / Network

As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.


* Lead monthly business review process for the product line, including end-to-end delivery and content maturation through engagement with platform and service owners.


* Oversee portfolio management activities, including ownership of the portfolio and resource management tool


* Manage monthly product line headcount forecasting, reconciliation, and planning; maintain historical data and provide effective storytelling on headcount trends.


* Oversee product line travel and expense management, including planning and budget oversight.


* Drive process improvements and support the team in navigating a rapidly transforming business environment.


* Conduct root cause analysis on organizational effectiveness, identify issues, and recommend solutions.

Partner with the GM and Chief of Staff to drive remediation efforts.


* Lead the people development agenda, supporting team growth, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.


* Collaborate with the central communications team to ensure effective messaging and develop Product Line Town Hall materials.


* Maintain product line overview content.


* Serve as a backup to the Chief of Staff, supporting GMs and product line leadership as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization


* Ability to thrive in ambiguity by translating vision into actionable roadmaps and proactively positioning the team for future success.
