Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization


* Deep understanding of technology infrastructure, including UNIX/Linux systems, Identity Access Management (IAM), and Windows servers, with experience in managing the deployment of new features across various groups and lines of business.


* Proven ability to manage requirement expectations and ensure the team meets critical milestones, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders during deployment processes.
