* Document with precision: Ensure all patient documentation meets board, government, and third-party payer requirements.


* Prepare for the future: Assist with discharge planning by providing essential training to patients, families, and nursing staff.


* Promote knowledge: Participate in facility-wide in-service training programs to advance the skills of all staff.
