Job Description:

主要职责PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

物料订单管理Order-Material Management:

·        确保采购能够及时准确的满足日常生产运营，包括下达采购订单，监控发货准时性，付款协调等；

Ensure operational procurement is provided appropriately to support normal operation activity, including issue purchase orders, on time shipment monitor, payment;

·        与相关部门合作，管理合同的审批，确保遵守相关法律法规的要求，符合公司的程序和政策；

Manage the approval of contracts and ensure compliance with legislation and the company’s policies and procedures in collaboration with all the relevant department;

·        管理对杨森供应链生产计划产生重大影响的延迟交付的冲突和问题等；

Manage conflicts/issues resulting in late deliveries that have a significant impact to the manufacturing schedule of the JSC plant concerned;

·        与供应商进行日常沟通，确保准时交货；

Lead day to day interactions with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries;

·        日常采购问题的处理和解决；当物料计划不能够及时解决与供应商就准时交货发生的冲突或问题时，主动提供解决方案。解决采购订单与发票之间不匹配的相关问题（如数量、价格等）；

Daily procurement issue handling and solved.

Drive resolution when MRP cannot resolve conflicts/issues with suppliers regarding on time delivers; Resolve mismatch between order vs.

·        处理供应商退货的流程；Handle return to vendor process;

·        管理和发展各指定类别的供应商关系，并确保进行适当的风险管理；

Manage and develop supplier relationships across assigned categories and ensure appropriate risk management is undertaken;

·        与其他工厂采购团队和全球采购团队合作；

Work collaboratively with other site procurement team and global sourcing team;

 

供应商和物料主数据管理Vendor and material master data Management:

·        依据供应商遴选的信息，为新供应商主数据的设置或变更发起流程；
