What You’ll Bring

Required


* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in health and safety, engineering, science, or related discipline.


* 15+ years of progressive Health and Safety leadership experience, including consulting and industrial sector expertise.


* Proven ability to design and deliver transformative EHS programs.


* Strong business development skills with a track record of winning and growing major accounts.


* Executive presence and ability to engage at the C-suite level.


* Business acumen to understand business risk and challenges and recognize corporate opportunities.


* Demonstrable track record in delivering multimillion dollar sales results annually, including successfully winning large and strategic projects.

Offer recognized technical expertise and an established reputation in the local marketplace.

Preferred


* Deep understanding of technology and/or power sectors; experience in oil & gas, chemical, mining, or manufacturing is a plus.


* Expertise in ESG integration and sustainability strategies.


* Experience leading large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.


* Certification in field; CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar registration desired.
