We are searching for the best talent for Business Excellence Engineer I.

Purpose:

The Business Excellence Engineer will provide support under supervision in the complex-by-nature assignments, support manufacturing process improvements incorporating time-saving suggestions, implementing productivity improvements, support balancing line, processes standardization, lean manufacturing and sustaining efficiencies through the lean six sigma tools.

* Support or/and lead engineering problem solving and process improvement projects using best practices, ensuring accountability and completion.


* Works with operations teams to identify potential projects, assess feasibility, and implement solutions.


* Collaborate with business teams to review processes and identify/implement opportunities for improvements applying Lean Six Sigma concepts & tools.


* Identify opportunities for cost, time and flow reduction.


* Collect data and analyze process performance indicators to ensure business efficiency and quality requirements.
