Occupational Therapist (OT) - South Creek Post Acute

Pay: $50-$60 per hour (DOE)
Full-time and Part-time positions available

We're looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist (OT) who's passionate about patient-centered care and loves working in a supportive, team-focused environment.

General Purpose

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized therapy plans, and help residents achieve their functional goals.

You'll work closely with families, physicians, and team members to create a positive, encouraging rehab experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create effective, personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services in accordance with physician orders and care standards
• Supervise and support COTAs and restorative nursing staff
• Document all treatment sessions and progress accurately and timely
• Participate in care conferences, in-services, and discharge planning
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on safety and home exercise programs
• Recommend adaptive equipment and promote functional independence

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington State
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
• Familiarity with Casamba or PointClickCare a plus
