Equipment Operator (Excavator/Utility) - What Will You Do?


* Operate assigned equipment, primarily Excavator, Loader and Grader, in a safe and efficient manner.


* Ensure company equipment and work site are maintained and kept clean.


* Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance schedules.


* Assist in other areas of the plant as necessary and perform other duties as assigned. 


* Learn more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA

Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?


* Proven ability to operate assigned equipment, primarily Excavator, Payloader and Grader.


* Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.


* Team Mindset - "The NESL Way".


* Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.


* Experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus, but not required.


* High School Diploma or GED.


* Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards.
